Operating in a highly regulated environment, Novella’s customers require superior quality services and deliverables. To that end, in 2004 Novella undertook the rigorous process to earn ISO 9001:2008 certification, a global standard for quality management. To receive and maintain this certification, Novella invites an independent, outside organization to evaluate our Quality Management Systems twice annually. These external audits, in addition to our recurring internal audits, ensure Novella exceeds the standards of our industry and expectations of our customers.
Furthermore, Novella has maintained ISO certification through three successful triennial re-registration audits and today maintains ISO 9001:2008 certification. Novella’s customers benefit from this in the following ways:
