Stallings joins to lead Novella Clinical Resourcing (NCR) which delivers customized staffing and functional outsourcing services to the pharmaceutical, device and biotechnology industries on a global basis. With offices headquartered in Research Triangle Park, N.C., and Stevenage, UK, NCR works with clients to develop effective resourcing solutions ranging from highly qualified contracted clinical research professionals and project teams to specialized functional services models.
Stallings joins Novella Clinical Resourcing from ClinForce where he served as EVP with responsibility for the company’s operations. He brings to Novella more than 20 years of healthcare and pharmaceutical resourcing and outsourcing experience. Previously Stallings worked for Jackson & Coker, a leading health care recruiting firm, as a physician recruiter before being promoted into various executive management roles in operations, business development and communications.
Novella Clinical President & CEO Richard Staub noted, “Rob’s wealth of experience will benefit our clients and drive NCR to become an even more powerful force in the clinical resourcing arena. His track record in establishing effective functional service provider models is especially impressive as more of our clients embrace this approach to clinical trial resource management.”
NCR’s EVP role was previously held by Jean Hendrickson, who has moved into a new role within Novella developing a global physician network of medical advisors and consultants to support Novella Clinical’s extensive portfolio of oncology and medical device programs. This exclusive group of experienced clinical research physicians will also be available through NCR’s staffing and functional outsourcing services. |
