Novella Clinical Resourcing was founded in 2005 to meet the growing need for talent within the clinical trials industry. In 2008, we acquired a United Kingdom-based clinical staffing agency, which brought expanded reach and depth, enabling Novella Clinical Resourcing to provide global services to our clients, no matter where the need may be. Today we successfully service clients throughout North America and Europe, with capabilities in Australia and Latin America as well.

Through our headquarters in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, and a European hub outside London, our candidate network is geographically rich and therapeutically diverse. That enables us to quickly and efficiently deliver resourcing solutions to clients across the globe.
