Our Story.

We are Novella Clinical Resourcing. Our growth from the combined strengths of PharmaLinkFHI, eReady Monitors and Matrix Clinical Solutions made it necessary for us to become one. But let’s take a look back before we move forward.

In 2005, PharmaLinkFHI, a full service eCRO, launched the eReady Monitors division to meet the growing need for talent within the clinical operations and monitoring functional areas.

In 2008, we acquired Matrix Clinical Solutions, which brought expanded reach and depth to our company. This alliance has enabled us to forge ahead to become a truly global resourcing company supporting our clients no matter where the need may be.

Just like eReady, Matrix Clinical Solutions is focused only in the clinical sector. Their highly experienced recruitment team prides themselves in working with clients to understand their individual resourcing needs and requirements to provide timely and cost effective solutions.
