Hi, I’m Bjorg Petursdottir (Peter’s daughter), and although the name does resemble that of the famous Icelandic singer (Bjork) I am proud to say that I am slightly more normal.
Having grown up in Iceland, I realized the cold island in the north wasn’t quite big enough for me and therefore decided to explore the world. After trying five different countries on two different continents I finally settled down in the UK in late 2000.
I’ve had the pleasure of being involved with Clinical Research for over eight years now, spending my first three in Business Development where I had the opportunity to work with clients in various different countries and am grateful for the chance to practice my six languages.
I jumped at the opportunity to join Novella Clinical Resourcing in 2006 as it allows me to do my two favourite things: talk to people (all day long) and make them happy (when I find them their perfect job). Since my partner Rob and I had our amazing little boy, Finn, in 2009 I spend all my spare time helping him grow and develop into an independent little man. The prospects are good as his favourite word is "NO" which he proudly says in two different languages.
