Hello, my name is Brad Phelps – Senior Clinical Recruiter with Novella Clinical Resourcing. I joined Novella’s growing team in July 2009 and have been part of the NCR family since May 2010. A majority of my recruiting experience has been in the Clinical and Information Technology industries (including both corporate and staffing environments). I earned a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Samford University (in Birmingham, AL) and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I am mainly responsible for assisting the Data Ops, Safety, Site Payments and IT departments with their hiring needs. I grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee (Go Vols!) and lived in Birmingham, AL during my college years before moving to the Raleigh area in 2005. In my spare time I enjoy watching college sports, reading, hanging out with friends and enjoying a beer or two.
