Hello! I’m Kate Snook. Having worked as a specialist recruiter for more than eleven years, I found my niche in clinical recruitment in July 2006 when I set up and managed a recruitment company for a small CRO here in the UK.
I joined the Novella Clinical Resourcing team in 2009 and my role is purely focused on all countries outside of the UK. I assist Novella Clinical with its requirements and also external clients looking to run clinical trials across Europe and beyond. This predominantly entails talking to clients about their start-up, ethics and regulatory submissions, clinical monitoring and project management needs and to candidates about CTA, CRA and CPM positions.
Outside of work I’m a mum to my wonderful son, Joshua, other half to my partner Nick, and like to spend time with the both, as well as good friends and close family!
