My career in clinical research began in 1994 at a small CRO where I wore lots of different hats. I spent time contracting with a large pharmaceutical company and transitioned into clinical recruiting in 1999. I’ve supported pharmaceutical companies, biotechs and CROs. The most enjoyable part of my day is coordinating with a client to assess their need and then finding the ideal candidate to complement their team.
I have two children who keep me "real” and I teach ballet at a local dance studio. I love that Novella Clinical Resourcing keeps me on my toes!
