Hi, my name is Kripa Parshotam and I have been with Novella Clinical (formerly Matrix Contract Research) since January 2008. I have been in the industry since 2004, working within Organisational Psychology doing employee surveys. I joined Novella Clinical and have been working as a CRA until recently when I decided to move back into my field of expertise and become a Clinical Resourcing Manager. I decided to take up Stewart’s tempting offer and move into the wonderful world of recruitment!
I am very excited about the new role and I look forward to working with Stewart and his fantastic team!
In my spare time, I train at the gym and I also take street dancing lessons which I really enjoy! In my holidays I try to go back to my lovely hometown –Lisbon, Portugal as often as I can.
