Hello! I'm Kris Ericson and I have been with Novella Clinical Resourcing since early 2010. I love my job and working with the Novella team! I'd heard raves about Jean Hendrickson for years, so when I received a call about an opportunity with Novella I jumped at the chance. I work remotely out of my home office in Boston, and once you hear my accent, there will be no doubt of my locale! I began my clinical resourcing career in 1997 and prior to that I worked in a clinical laboratory for many years. I enjoy developing strong relationships with our candidates and then being able to bring those relationships over to the client side to serve their ever changing project needs. I enjoy spending time with my partner at our summer home on Cape Cod, playing with our two very active dogs (Hayley the Border Collie and Sydney the Australian Cattle Dog) and our cat, Miss Maizy. I also enjoy cooking, good margaritas, hanging out with friends and spending time with my family.
