Hi, I'm Laurie and I joined Novella Clinical Resourcing in 2011 as Assistant Director. I have almost 20 years of recruiting and human resources experience, both in corporate and agency environments. My experience spans a wide variety of industries, including many years in clinical research. I previously worked with two of the recruiters at Novella and jumped at the chance to be a part of the team and work with them again.

I was born and raised in Houston, TX and lived in Raleigh since 1997. Although I now call North Carolina home, I'm still a Texan at heart! I have two great daughters, Alexa (19) and Kelsey (17) who certainly keep me busy. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching college football (go ECU!), cooking, reading and traveling.
