I’m Leslie, your Novella Clinical Resourcing, Contracts and Sourcing Associate. I have been in and out of the CRO industry for about the last decade. I began my career back in 1993 in Regulatory Affairs, and then took off seven glorious years to stay at home with my babies before coming back to the CRO world in 2004. I have been fortunate to work within many different departments in this industry and have loved them all, but my favorite move has been to Novella Clinical Resourcing and the contract/recruiting side of the industry.
I moved to NC in 1992 from Michigan, and I am a huge Michigan State University fan, Go Spartans! My husband Joe and I have two beautiful teenagers who keep us very busy and just about any night of the week you can find us cheering at a sporting event. I am an active member of my church and am the lead female vocalist for a local Christian band called Driven Praise Band.
