Leslie Parks
I’m Leslie, your Novella Clinical Resourcing (formerly eReady Monitors) Contracts and Sourcing Associate. I have been in and out of the CRO industry for about the last decade. I began my career back in 1993 in Regulatory Affairs, and then took off 7 glorious years to stay at home with my babies, before coming back to the CRO world in 2004. I have been fortunate to work within many different departments in this industry and have loved them all, but my favorite move has been to Novella Clinical Resourcing and the contract/recruiting side of the industry.

I moved to NC in 1992 from Michigan, and I am a huge Michigan State University fan, Go Spartans! My husband Joe and I have been together for 15 years and we have 2 beautiful children, Jacob 14 and Lindsay 10. I love to travel, spend time with my friends and family and sing!
