Michelle Noble
Hi my name is Michelle Noble and I joined Novella Clinical Resourcing in August 2010. Prior to joining I worked for the Institute of Clinical Research for three years. Part of my role there as Head of Membership was managing events and conferences and working with their Special Interest Groups.

Before coming into the clinical research industry, I had a wide variety of roles and business experience including recruitment consultant and running a forklift truck business. I thoroughly enjoy meeting people, providing business solutions and building relationships, which is why I enjoy this role so much.
 
I’m married to Steve and am “wicked stepmum” to Samuel and Ella. When I’m not working, I spend a lot of time at racing car circuits as Steve is an enthusiastic amateur driver and I’m team manager/tea lady! I also enjoy playing golf (badly!), traveling and catching up with friends over good food and a glass of wine.
