Hi, my name is Richard Busby (the guy on the left). I joined Novella Clinical Resourcing (formerly eReady Monitors) in January 2006 as Director of Client Services. I’ve been in the industry since 1993, starting out as a CRA and then a project manager before moving into various business development roles. I get the most satisfaction in my job when I can help clients find the best solutions and staff to drive their development programs forward, and I look to build lasting relationships based on honesty, integrity and creativity.
Outside of work, I’m married to a woman with a terrific sense of humor (she needs it with me!) and have two great children: Olivia, 7 and Colin, 4. We’re into rescuing homeless dogs, mainly beagles, and now have eight dogs that are permanent family members---Milo, Charlie, Jack, Hunter, Prince, Mitchell and Beans.
When not taking care of our dogs, I enjoy watching basketball games and supporting my alma mater, Davidson College, who had a fabulous run in the NCAA tourney this year. My daughter and I are very involved with the Y-Indian Princesses in our area and my son and I are getting ready for “spring training” with his new baseball glove and t-ball set.
I look forward to meeting new people within this vital and crazy industry, providing a well-considered, cost-effective, quality solution and building on these relationships for successful long-term collaboration for many years to come.
