Theresa Merrill
I’m Theresa and I joined Novella Clinical Resourcing in December 2008 as a Clinical Resourcing Manager. I hate to admit it, but in 2012 I will hit my 25th year of working the pharmaceutical industry. I bring a wealth of experience from all sectors: pharmaceutical, CRO, biotechnology and contract monitoring. I’ve held director-level positions in business development, operations and administration, and have worked as an independent consultant for both business development and monitoring services.

Based in Hoover, AL, I enjoy spending quality time with my family which currently consists of my daughter Tara, the aspiring actress, and our extended pet family: Dachshunds Yogi and rescue pup Hank, rescue kitty Alex, Lucky the cockatiel, and sundry hamster friends. I’m an active member of my church and the local Christian community, and support volunteer efforts for the greater Birmingham area.
