If you want to apply for a specific position, please go to our “Job Search” page. There you can select specific positions that interest you and apply for those opportunities.

Remember, a well written organized CV is a key part of your job search. It can make or break landing that next assignment or job. We have provided a CV template at the bottom of this page to help you get started. Here are some helpful tips to make your CV stand out:

  1. Make sure your contact information appears first. It should include your full name, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email address. Consider including your cell phone number too, as opportunities can come and go within a day.
  2. The second most important information is your therapeutic/indication experience. Take a look at our sample CV (link below) so you can see how best to list your therapeutic experience.
  3. Employment history should come next. It’s best to list your most recent job first and then work back chronologically.
  4. After your employment history, please list your education information. This should include the degree(s) awarded, institution attended and year of graduation.
  5. Next, list any professional associations that you belong to such as DIA, ACRP, SoCRA, etc.
  6. Please list all computer and EDC experience that you have. In this technological age, employers are eager to see your level of expertise and what systems in which you are proficient.
  7. Please list all industry-specific training you have received. Any ICH/GCP you have received is very important to note. Remember to include training dates and keep this listing up to date. More and more clients are requesting this information!
  8. At the end of your CV, consider including a more extensive listing of your clinical trial experience by phase or protocol title. This really helps for groups like ours who search on keywords that we would have otherwise missed.
  9. Other things you can list on your CV are speaking engagements, publications, honors and awards, references, etc.

We look forward to working with you!
